Part I: Initiating Nature Immersion 
When: October 1 - 5, 2018 
Immersion: Gates of Inanna Ranch in Lyons, CO

The journey begins at our ranch in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains for a 5 day immersion where you will reconnect with your authentic nature. This is a time to renew, rejuvenate, recreate, and listen to the silence. You will work with our horses in an Equine Guided Session, an extraordinary, sensate experience that imprints leaders to live courageously and lead compassionately. Though nature walks, body/mind practices, HeartMath, and journaling exercises you will define your intentions for the year ahead, not to mention, you will begin building deep friendships, have fun, and laugh a lot! 

Part II: Collaborative and Transformational Leadership Acceleration (CTLA™) (12 months)
 
A year-long blended leadership learning acceleration program that walks you through the essential disciplines and skills of Personal, Interpersonal, Team and Organizational Leadership, which includes [6] 1:1 Executive Coaching calls, and [6] Leadership Learning Group calls, and [3] virtual retreats facilitated by Deborah Inanna Krenza.
